Four times a year we meet for approx. six weeks each Wednesday night for a meal and Bible study. It’s a great night for the whole family to gather with others from our church. This ministry needs volunteers for a few tasks so that the evening can be a success.  

Position	Description
Group Leaders	In this role the leader is responsible for showing the lesson video and getting the group to participate in conversation about the lesson. We typically use Right New Media, which provides not only the video but also conversation/questions for the group. The leader may also need to communicate with the group from time to time. We can provide communication tools for the leader and the group.
Meal Prep	We need individuals to cook some food here at the church and get everything prepared for serving. Also, on occasion we will need donated food items to serve with the meal.
Kitchen Clean Up	Typically, the cooks clean as they prepare the meal, but the serving dishes, tables, countertop, etc. will need to be cleaned and put away after the meal. It’s not a hard task but just like at home someone must get it done.
Childcare	We need volunteers to engage and supervise children from approx. 2 to 11 years of age. We have a wonderful space geared just for this age group. It has a climbing fort for the little one, a TV to watch Christian based programs, lots of toys, and tables where games can be played by the bigger kids. We just need a couple of volunteers to stay with the kids each Wednesday night.
