A few weeks ago, I felt the need to answer the call to help with the Food Distribution Ministry...thinking it was a small process, helping a few families. To say I was amazed at the quantity of food that was donated is an understatement! And the way our meal team worked, coordinating everything to ensure things ran smoothly, was a miracle! With the cost of food rising (as well as everything else), watching families come through with a look of gratitude and relief was heartwarming. This Ministry is growing fast! We all need help nowadays, and I am blessed to be a part of it.

This ministry is not only a blessing to the food recipients but also to those helping. We are dedicated to providing Meal Boxes—complete with all the ingredients and meat to feed a family of five—on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.
We are deeply grateful for the support of Costco, which provides the meat for our meal boxes as well as a variety of random perishable foods, which we also have available to share with our community.
Here are two ways you can help:

• PROVIDE GROCERIES: Help us fill the meal boxes. You can find our current needs by using the "Shopping List" button. If you cannot do the physical shopping, that is perfectly okay! Monetary donations are always accepted. Please include "Meal Boxes" as a memo on your donation.
• JOIN THE TEAM! We have a great team that can always use a helping hand. While specific dates and tasks can vary, we would love to connect with you to see how you can serve. Use the "Register Now" button to let our team know you are interested in volunteering.
• HELP A NEIGHBOR IN NEED: If an urgent need arises for a neighbor or even yourself, we have Meal boxes ready. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the church office for details
