The Welcome Team is more than shaking hands and handing out bulletins . . . it's a vital ministry to all who enter the building. All kinds of people come through the doors of Catlin Church of Christ every weekend. Some have had a great week; others have not. One is joyful; the other is hurt. The people who serve on the Welcome Team have the opportunity to help remove barriers to experiencing the presence of God for everyone who enters. By being welcoming, accepting, and by providing assistance in locating a seat or a classroom, people feel cared for which in turn helps them be more receptive to the Holy Spirit during worship.
This ministry will require a background check at no expense to you.

Greeter	We are here to greet people at our entrances. A friendly smile and a warm welcome are key to greeting our families. Part of caring for our families is provides a safe environment. Good attention to detail, first aid, CPR, EMS and other types of Frist Responder skills are a plus. Team members also serve as ushers when needed and monitor the interior and exterior of our building during services.	Sunday mornings with occasional weeknight training classes.
